Some of our frequently asked questions
Yes, Lillies has a minimum food and beverage spend to book. This varies depending on the day of the week and month of your booking.
If you would like to proceed with exclusive hire of the venue the events team would draw up a contract for you to confirm the date and then 50% of the minimum spend is required upon signing the contract and the other 50% is due 30 days before the event date.
Unfortunately no unused minimum spend can be credited towards a future booking.
Yes, own music can be when exclusively hiring the venue.
Unfortunately there is no cloakroom available.
If 3 months notice is provided a full refund of the deposit will be issued. If under 3 months notice but over 2 months notice is given then the 50% deposit will be retained but the remaining 50% will be cancelled. For under 2 months notice the client would be liable for the full minimum spend.
Children are allowed to attend events until 5pm.
For all events, food and beverages must be supplied by the venue. Corkage may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
